The famous British naval hero of fiction brought to life in the first of four films television. This is one of the young Hornblower (Ioan Graffadd) gets his first ship, where he had to overcome seasickness and the Hooligan (Dorian Healy), who followed him, because his ability is much higher than everyone else on board. Eventually, this leads to a duel - but not between Hornblower and fraudsters. Instead, a friend of Hornblower in forcibly takes its place, he feels guilty for not dealing with a bully years ago. Unfortunately, the fight is not going well, and Hornblower must still end up face down a man in the second match.
