Iniesta scored the winning goal in the 2010 World Cup with just over 3 minutes to shoot a penalty. Objectives of Spain sent their first World Championship win everything, but it was what happened after the goal, which touched many.
Iniesta immediately ripped T-shirt to reveal the bottom with the inscription: "Dani Jarque Siempre nostros Con". An English translation of the phrase "Dani Jarque always with us." Iniesta had received a yellow card by removing the vest, but the card seemed trivial compared with the tribute that Iniesta has just taken off.
The purpose and a tribute not only touching Spanish fans, but for the players. Millions of dollars are expected to be bet on the World Cup final, and it was the Spaniards, who were favorites. The number was not high enough to ward off a bet who believed Spain was the better team.
