Craigslist Killer Case Suspect Dies, What Happens Now Exact Information?: Boston accused Craigslist Killer, Philip Markov, wrote the latest chapter in the criminal case against him to his suicide in jail cell in Boston this weekend.Family Julissa Brisman will never be accused murderer of her face in court and legal experts say the case died with him.

Well-publicized case was scheduled to appear before the court in March 2011. But the state can not pursue the deceased.On WBZ legal analyst Jennifer Ronan, the murder charge against Mark will eventually be dismissed.

Ronan said that potentially take several months, but Markov will not have confidence in his writing. Instead, it will reflect the charges were dropped.

Families Brisman potentially could seek civil action, but there were no comments from the family on this matter.

Markov was accused of luring a Brisman Marriott Copley Place in April 2009, responding to her ad in Erotic Services section of Craigslist. Brisman was bound and shot in the chest in a hotel room. Attorney Brisman said the family wants the U.S. Attorney office to look into the New Hampshire gun shop, which sells stamps 9-mm pistol allegedly used to kill Julissa Brisman. His fingerprints were found on the ID of another person, which was used to acquire these weapons.

Markov was found in his Nashua Street jail cell Sunday, a plastic bag on his head, and bleeding from the cut artery in his leg, reports CBS affiliate WBZ.

The official cause of death were not released.

Boston City Council Stephen Murphy calls for an independent assessment of how the Markov able to commit suicide while in custody. Suffolk County Sheriff Andrea Cabral, whose department oversees the jail, declined to comment on.
