Tacoma News Tribune Updates: President Barack Obama left the Westin Seattle Hotel, after raising funds for the Patty Murray, that the Left Democrats enthusiastic about the presidential visit.
Earlier, in Grand Central Bakery in Seattle, Obama spoke with 3 business owners on his half turkey sandwich and salad, joined by Murray and U.S. Commerce Secretary Gary Locke.
He said a package of national and local reporters after wards: "We have put in place a plan of economic assistance to small businesses, and Patty Murray was there every step of the way", referring to tax cuts and health care.
But he said that they had not yet finished: "When you listen to these three business owners, and you talk to small business owners across the country, it is clear we must do more."
He called on Congress to pass a bill of small businesses, including $ 30 billion in investments in small banks, Obama said, which is crucial for the opening credits for businesses, such as those in Seattle. The Republican minority "did not even let a vote," Obama said.
