The Great Fish Debate By St Barts Latest Information

There seems to be a bone of contention between several of my friends. Fine people who love some little things in life, such as Dover Sole, that flat fish, swimming in butter and capers. Famous French Sole Meunière, it is made of what is called in European fishermen, as the common folk only ... but what a great way to dress common species.
But the debate centers around the question of Dover Sole on the menu at St. Bart, as probably the closest place you can catch said only in the Mediterranean, several thousand kilometers. Now, if we had some land-locked corner of the world, flying fresh fish to a few thousand kilometers might make sense.
But he has to fly to St. Bart, a tropical island which warm water, this aquarium and a variety of edible fish. Of course, only do solo journey across the Atlantic Ocean ... Other European fish packed and shipped to flight, as well, along with scallops, oysters, mussels or other molluscs, crustaceans, and is not native to our seas.
Of course, a lot of shucked oysters on the way to perch St Barth, like a pearl Caribbean, where the kitchen features prominently in the list of attributes of the island.
But I would like to issue a challenge of great chef is lurking in the local cuisine. How about "fresh fish per month 'holiday all that you can find our favorite of fishermen ... and to cut carbon emissions flying fish halfway around the world.
In fact, the chef at Le Tamarin stepped to the plate already with by creating "Market Meunière", taking the local fish and turning it into a delicacy. Fish Market is one does not look in the menu too often, so try it when you see it. Of course, Mahi-Mahi, wahoo, tuna and Bonita often the bait, when our head fisherman at sea, as well as local lobster and occasional marlin or even shark as can be seen at the fish market in Gustavia.
Other local number of fish from rainbow parrots, to so-called 'big guele "and" Coffre' - all this you will find on their own tables. Of course native island lived mainly on fish for hundreds of years: my husband says that they ate twice a day, six days a week, year after year from (the only break in the Pescatore plates was a bit of chicken or goat, Sunday).
Fish on BBQ, fish broth in a court of fish each, as you can imagine, in addition to meunière, who came to the island in the last European invasion. So should we be flying fish on the island or not? I would say no, but when my husband, family, jobs Dover Sole, I think there is more than one tooth here.
