Updated Explorer Ford Unveils 2010

Updated Explorer Ford Unveils 2010:Finally After several months of drip fed teasers, a mysterious brain drain and the countless images of the spy, all new Ford Explorer 2011, is finally revealed in all its glory. The new Ute is an accurate representation of current trends in the new car market and the embodiment of all that Ford is doing right.

Yes, you read that correctly. The latest generation Explorer will come to market with a new car platform, easier and more streamlined body, efficient engines and reduced some of the world's first technologies.

This does not mean, Explorer has gone soft, however. He still sports "4WD" badge to reassure those 20 percent of Explorer owners who wish to take their vehicles off-road. Ibid generous 7.9-inch ground clearance, as well as advanced location management system, developed in conjunction with Land Rover. The latter function allows the driver to select one of four options for determining the road surface - normal, sand, mud and ruts, or snow mode - as well as offering Hill Descent Control, which requires only a driver to steer the car while going at a safe speed.

One obvious difference between 2011 Ford Explorer and a truck, like predecessors, the new fuel efficient SUV list engine. Customers can choose from two versions of the engine, 4-cylinder EcoBoost engine displacements only 2.0-liters and 237 horsepower and developing 250 foot-pounds of torque and naturally aspirated 3.5-liter V-6 with two independently timed overhead camshafts and the power of 290 horsepower. 2 engines, 30 percent and 32 percent less fuel, respectively, than previous generations V-6 and V-8 power.

Each Explorer engine paired with a unique 6-speed automatic transmission that combines reduced the initial transmission for better acceleration out of the network and higher gears to improve efficiency at lower engine speeds when cruising.

When it comes to safety, the new Ford Explorer 2011 is a leader in this segment. This is the first car in the world to offer inflatable seat belts, two outboard second-row. This is what Ford calls a "family oriented place" where children and adults passengers can ride. Inflatable belts distribute the load limiter, if triggered, decreasing the force of any particular part of the body - and they are also high enough inflation to keep your head forward motion.

High strength steel, an array of airbags, side of the dome, which started when the car flipped, as well as a number of electronic security systems, including prevention of blind spot assistance, cross-traffic warning radar adaptive cruise control with automatic brake, the new SYNC 911 to help and SOS after Crash Alert, and new management features of the curve, which slows the car to 10 miles per hour and the second (and light up brake lights) when it enters a curve too fast, everything is on a new Explorer in a stellar safety authority.

Despite its compact appearance, 2011 Ford Explorer as big as ever. In fact, it's full 5 inches wider than its predecessor, with plenty of room for seven people and all their equipment. Inside, the interior represents a marked improvement over the previous Explorer. It is completely car as, and only rotating ground control system knob on the console - the central button for the Hill Descent Control - gives it to the pavements outside opportunities.

All-in-all there are 12 classes exclusives for 2011 Ford Explorer, in security, communication, and opportunities. They include the latest incarnation of the system interface and system MyFordTouch MyKey nanny monitoring function, which allows parents to set restrictions on certain parameters of the vehicle - the radio volume, maximum speed, seat belt use - for new drivers or teens, as well as an active parking assistance system, LED ambient interior lighting, and without a cap system EasyFuel.

First sales of Ford Explorer 2011 should begin at the end of this year.
