Michigan Teacher Accused Of Sex With Student

Former high school teacher in Freeland, Mich., was charged in two countries to 29 counts of sexual misconduct with a minor student, District Attorney, Midland said medium.

Marcy Russo, 33-year-old married mother of two children, is accused of sex with the then 16-year-old student from September 2009 to February, according to the prosecutor Angelina Scarpelli.

Rousseau was placed on administrative leave on Feb. 16 while police investigated the allegations. It formally renounced his teaching work at Freeland High School on June 16, Scarpelli said.

It was on Monday charged with Saginaw County for 21 counts of criminal sexual conduct, as well as in Midland County on Tuesday to 8 items of criminal sexual conduct, Scarpelli said.
