Joel Zumaya Put On DL Tigers Recalled Fiene

"Tigers" have taken the first steps this morning to life without the flame-throwing reliever Joel Zumaya.
The team recalled right-hander Casey Fien from Triple-Toledo. He will be in bullpen for a game tonight in Minnesota.

Zumaya officially joined the 15-day disabled list today, injured his elbow right. However, it is expected to be much, much more, having suffered injuries threw step in the eighth inning Monday night.
Zumaya, 25, was scheduled for an exam today. After the game, manager Jim Leyland said: "It does not look good. At the weekend your heart."
