Breaking News Blast In Uganda 70 Killed: Today's sad news blast in Uganda.The terrorists blast this bomb near Rugby Club and in this blast they used a high quality of explosion Police Investigators said.The administration of USA President Barack Obama on Monday denounced the explosions responsible for killing at least 70 people, at night, Uganda on Sunday.

USA President Obama "deeply saddened by the loss of lives as a result of these deplorable and cowardly attack, and sent his condolences to the people of Uganda and the relatives of those who died or were injured," spokesman for the White House. "The United States stands ready to provide any assistance requested by the Government of Uganda."

The explosions took place on Sunday, the Rugby Club and Ethiopian restaurant in Kampala, Uganda, where people watch the World Cup. The American worker was killed in the blasts, and several other Americans were injured.


The police suspect the Al-Qaeda linked Somali group, Al-Shabab, is responsible for these attacks, but the White House are not yet ready to level the blame on Al-Shabab ", CBS News White House correspondent Mark Knoller reports. The President is constantly updated on the situation , and the White House is in contact with the embassy in Kampala, as well as the FBI's requests for assistance from the Government of Uganda.

U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton issued a statement joining the president in condemning the attacks and assistance to Uganda.

"I join President Obama strongly condemns the attack today in Kampala, Uganda, targeting innocent spectators watching a World Cup final," she said. "At this tragic moment, the United States stands with Uganda. We have a long-standing, close friendship with the people and Government of Uganda and will work with them to bring the perpetrators of this crime to justice."
